Self-Defense For The Self-Made Woman

As we gear up for our annual gathering of ambitious women for FearlessCon this October 13-14th, we've got a special treat for our attendees! Join us Wednesday, October 11, at 5:30 PM for an evening of education as we learn about self-defense tactics with Jessie Evarts, a black belt in Korean Martial Arts, Kuk Sool Won.

FearlessCon is collaborating with ROAR for Good for an informative and interactive lesson on protecting yourself. Jessie's earned two Grand Champion titles and is passionate about teaching women's self-defense to make sure women feel safe, confident and independent. We'll be focusing on attacking the sensitive joints and pressure points without using the idea of trying to meet force-with-force, as well as learning all about ROAR's Athena device and how to stay safe in uncomfortable situations.
